Silvernite - Silvernite
SILVERNITE is a Finnish-Greek band founded in summer 2019. The debut EP titled "So It Began" was released in December 2019, got excellent reviews and attracted the attention of a lot of fans around the world. The EP introduced the story of Silvernite which will be the basis of all of the future releases.The new self-titled full-length album is released under Valve Studio Records. It contains 11 catchy and melodic tracks led by female vocals. The music is inspired by the rock and pop acts of the 80's with a fresh breath brought in by today's nostalgia. Along with the album the story will be released as a comicbook on the same date.
Ti Hypermaho Anthem, mystical instrumental piece, opens the album and gives an opportunity to your imagination to run wild. You may imagine dark Finnish winter or deep forest. Or something entirely different.
It's not often your find a track of the same name as the band who performs it. Coincidence? Probably not. Intention? definitely. The track feels autobiographical, telling the story of the band and where they are going, what their goals are. The female vocal leads the way like a torch through a cave.

Raise Your Hands feels like taken right from the 80s movie yet a good one as the song isn't plain, it's catchy, there's a story and it has a great sing along part which you can vividly imagine being played at a big festival with the audience clapping their hands and singing their lungs out.
Angel of the City is a romantic tune openly expressing the feelings yet the melody doesn't make it too sticky with sweetness.
Iron Eagle is another those tracks taking us a few decades back and right onto the dance floor.
Ti Hypermaho closes the album in a similar way it began. This is mystical, slow, dreamy composition seemingly from another time. The whole album takes up on a journey back in time yet in a pleasant way. Silvernite are an exciting addition to the family of bands with female lead singers.
