Music from the Heart

Kate Prendergast is a fourteen-year-old singer-songwriter who lives in County Meath in Ireland. Kate sings and plays piano and is learning guitar and drums. She writes and records her own music and likes to experiment with different genres and sounds. Kate enjoys listening to everything from Niall Horan to Eminem but loves performing folk, blues and soul songs and is especially inspired by the music of Amy Winehouse.

Kate is carefully building a portfolio of original songs whilst working on constantly developing her different musical abilities. She has recently started performing in public and sharing her music online.

The simple arrangement lets the vocal take center stage and let the young artist showcase her talent. You wouldn't even believe her age when you hear her sing.
